Terms of Service

By registering, logging in, or otherwise using Vocalic, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent where required) and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information and keeping it up to date.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account, resell access, or use Vocalic on behalf of others without our permission.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms where applicable to the payment process.

Vocalic uses a credit-based system for certain generations. Free credits may be offered at sign-up; additional credits and features are available on paid plans. Prices, credit amounts, and plan features are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.

• Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing cycle you select unless cancelled.
• Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law at the time of purchase.
• Unused credits may expire or not roll over, as stated for your plan.
• We may suspend or limit access if payment fails or abuse is detected.

We may, at our discretion, grant complimentary access, adjust your plan, or modify your credit balance for customer support, troubleshooting, or promotional purposes.

From time to time, we may offer referral or promotional codes through partners, influencers, or content creators. Unless otherwise stated, referral codes are valid only for a new user's first subscription purchase and cannot be combined with other offers or applied retroactively to an existing subscription. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or revoke any promotional code or offer at any time, and to deny or reverse a discount obtained through fraudulent or abusive use of a code.

Vocalic, its branding, software, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal or commercial creation as permitted by your plan.

Your content: You retain rights to prompts and inputs you provide. For content generated through Vocalic:

• On paid plans, generated lyrics, beats, and related outputs are yours to use, including commercially, subject to these Terms and any restrictions imposed by third-party AI providers.
• On free plans, use may be limited to personal, non-commercial purposes unless we state otherwise.

You grant us a license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the service (e.g. saving to your library, running generations).

You agree not to:

• Use Vocalic for illegal activity or to infringe others’ rights.
• Generate content that is hateful, harassing, exploitative, or otherwise harmful.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
• Circumvent credit limits, authentication, or access controls.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with Vocalic.
• Upload malware or interfere with other users’ experience.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You may stop using Vocalic and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use Vocalic ends; provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitations) will remain in effect.

Vocalic is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, unique, or free of third-party claims. You use generated content at your own risk and are responsible for clearing rights where needed (e.g. samples, likeness, trademarks).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vocalic and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page and adjust the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
