Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly and data generated when you use the service:

• Account information — email address, display name, and profile details you choose to add.
• Authentication data — credentials managed through our authentication provider when you sign up or log in.
• Usage data — actions you take in the app (generations, saves, plan usage), device/browser type, IP address, and general analytics needed to operate and secure the service.
• Content you create — lyrics, beats, prompts, and related metadata stored in your library.
• Payment-related data — billing status and transaction references processed by Stripe, our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and authenticate access.
• Provide lyrics, beat, and related AI generation features you request.
• Store your creations in your library and sync them across sessions.
• Process subscriptions, credits, and billing where applicable.
• Send transactional emails (e.g. sign-up, password reset, billing notices).
• Monitor performance, fix bugs, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We process data only as needed to deliver and improve Vocalic.

We rely on trusted providers to run Vocalic. They process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Anthropic — AI processing for lyrics and related text generation.
• Suno / kie.ai — AI beat and audio generation.
• Stripe — payment processing, subscription billing, and promotional code management.

When you use generation features, relevant prompts and parameters may be sent to these providers solely to fulfill your request.

If you use a referral or influencer promotional code at checkout, we record that a code was used and which partner it is associated with, along with your resulting subscription plan and payment amount, so we can calculate partner commissions. We do not share your email address, name, or other personal account details with referral partners — only aggregated information needed to confirm a successful referral and calculate commission owed to the partner.

We retain your account data and library content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain information for legal, security, or backup purposes.

Aggregated or de-identified usage statistics may be kept longer for analytics and service improvement.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate account information in Settings.
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
• Request an export of your data where technically feasible.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, where applicable by law.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure provided by our vendors. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of Vocalic after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
